Requests for Removal of Listing(s) and/or Links

DBLTS.COM occasionally may receive or receives requests from people to remove listing(s) and/or links from its listings. Although DBLTS.COM reserves the right to address such requests individually, the general approach that DBLTS.COM takes reflects the following principles:
DBLTS.COM'S listings consist of information that has been added by person(s) representing a business, businesses, organization, or entities that are considered acceptable by DBLTS.COM to list on our site; therefore, there is no advance review of each and individual listing(s) by any personnel of DBLTS.COM. If there are any listing(s) that require removal because of inaccuracy, or was not listed by the authorized personnel of the entity in question, then, we will require notification to remove any and all listing(s) that is in question.

Additional Provisions

These T&C will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the T&C to be unenforceable, the remainder of the T&C will continue in full force and effect.
These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the T&C will be effective only if in writing and signed by DBLTS.COM.
